This policy explains what personal data REWIRE 270 collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers rewire270.com, the app at app.rewire270.com, and the free Quit Pattern Audit.
Who is responsible for your data
REWIRE 270 is run by Joseph Frisk [trading as: BUSINESS NAME, org. no. XXXXXXXX-XXXX], Hässleholm, Sweden. I'm the data controller.

What I collect and why
1. Waitlist and email list
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
- Why: to send you updates about REWIRE 270 and the founding offer. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
2. The Quit Pattern Audit
- Your first name, email, your audit result (pattern and scores), and a few of your answers (for example what you last quit and the belief you picked). The optional extra answers are only sent if you tick the box that allows it.
- Why: to email you your result and follow-up emails that match it. Legal basis: your consent.
- Most of your answers are never sent anywhere. They stay in your browser only for that session.
3. The REWIRE 270 app
- Your email address (for login), the dates you complete sessions and the evening audio, the ratings you give your lines, your level, and any feedback you send through the app.
- Why: to run the program for you: log you in, keep your chain, decide when you move up a level, and improve the app. Legal basis: to provide the service you signed up for (contract).
4. Purchases
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record (see the Terms). Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details. I never see your full card number. I receive your name, email, country, and order details so I can give you access.
- Legal basis: contract, and legal obligations (bookkeeping).
5. Website analytics
- I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.
Cookies
The app uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for me
I use these services to run REWIRE 270. They only process data on my instructions:

When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it's protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
I never sell your data.
How long I keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- App account: as long as your account is active. If you ask me to delete it, I delete it within 30 days.
- Purchase records: 7 years, because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, get a copy, restrict how it's used, or object to it being used. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. Email support@rewire270.com and I'll reply within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Age
REWIRE 270 is for adults. Don't use it if you're under 18.
Changes
If I change this policy in a way that matters, I'll update the date above and tell app users by email.
